Spring is upon us and we're less than a month away from the Red Sox season starting. So, with this being said, there’s no better feeling than going in to Boston on a nice spring or summer day, spending the day in town, and catching a Red Sox game at Fenway. But before you walk through the turnstiles onto Yawkee Way, you’re going to want to grab some food and drinks for a more reasonable price than inside the stadium. Game On! Is the perfect spot to do this. Located just across the street from historic Fenway Park and within walking distance from the train, you can guarantee you'll always have a good time at this sports bar.

The menu consists of wings, sandwiches, pizza and more, while the bar offers a very wide selection of different beers and other alcoholic beverages. The menu is very good and has a great selection of food and drinks but what really sets Game On! apart from other restaurants and bars in the area is the atmosphere that it offers. The crowd inside is generally a younger crowd of fun Boston sports fans. Especially before a Red Sox game or a concert at Fenway, you can almost guarantee that everyone inside will be going to the same spot that you will after they pay their tab and head out.

Another great feature about Game On! is the setup of the bar itself. There are two floors that each have a full bar and offer customers a great experience. Upstairs is a more traditional sports bar that has tables and TV’s everywhere. However, downstairs is where there can be a lot more fun. While also offering everything that is offered upstairs, the downstairs portion offers private areas that have ping pong tables as well as corn hole boards for customers to enjoy. Overall, I would rate Game On! as an 8.5/10. There is a very good selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices and the atmosphere inside is very fun. Next time you’re in the area, definitely stop by and check it out!
