Indecisive When You Go Out To Eat?
Ask yourself what are you craving.
If you go out to eat and are really craving something get it! It may only be a side dish, but it will help you decide quicker on what you'll have. Some sides are not meant to go with certain main dishes, so if you're craving their mashed potatoes I would probably skip over the burger.
Try something new.
If you're debating on your favorite meal from this restaurant and something you've never had before go for the new meal. You may find you either you love it or you hate it and your decision will be a lot easier next time. And if you're not debating on something you've never had before, get whatever you haven't had the most recent visit. Spice up your meal options a little bit.
Do not order the same thing as whoever you're with.
If you are both debating on getting the same thing but are indecisive do not get the same thing as them. If they are nice enough they will let you have a bite of what they're having. But really isn't the whole point of eating out so you and whoever you're with don't have the same meal? What's the fun in not being able to pick at their meal too?
Ask your waiter for their recommendation.
Even if they have never had either meal they know a thing or two about the food that is served in this restaurant and they see customers ordering so they might just recommend the one that a lot of people order.
If none of these suggestions are helpful, you can always fall back on doing a quick eenie-meenie-miny-moe, or toss a coin.
